We Believe Every Student Deserves to Be Seen
Before They Are Expected to Succeed.
School can be overwhelming—for students, parents, and educators alike.
A student may appear unmotivated, yet be struggling with executive functioning. A parent may feel like they've tried everything but still don't have answers. A teacher may see behaviors without knowing what's happening beneath the surface.
Too often, everyone is working hard, but they're working separately.
Targeted Paths was created to change that.
Our mission is to bring students, families, educators, and schools together through understanding, collaboration, and practical support that creates lasting growth—not just temporary solutions.

Many services begin with solutions.
We begin with questions.
Before creating a plan, we take time to understand:

• What challenges are getting in the way?
• What patterns are emerging?
• What perspectives are we missing?
• What support already exists?
By looking at the whole picture instead of isolated problems, we're able to create practical strategies that truly fit each student and family.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Meet
Beth Myers
Educator. School Counselor. Therapist. Advocate. Collaborative Problem Solver.
LPC-Associate (Supervised by April West, LPC-S)
With more than 18 years of experience in public education, Beth Myers has dedicated her career to helping students succeed by supporting the people who matter most in their lives—students, families, and educators.
Beth holds a Master's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in School Counseling. She is a State of Texas Certified School Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) under the supervision of April West, LPC-S, and a State of Texas Certified School Principal.
Beth's unique blend of educational leadership and counseling experience allows her to help students uncover the root causes of challenges, strengthen relationships, and build practical strategies for lasting success.
She believes meaningful change happens when students feel heard, families feel supported, and schools work together to help every child thrive.

Every student follows a different path.
There isn't one roadmap that works for everyone.
Some students need organization.
Others need confidence.
Some need stronger school partnerships.
Others simply need someone to help connect the dots.
At Targeted Paths, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We believe every path should be intentional, individualized, and built around the unique strengths and needs of the student.
